This 7 bedroomed Grade II listed Victorian House in Hertfordshire, had fallen into a state of disrepair. Briefed to create a comfortable family home that would combine the best of stylish urban living with the restorative comfort of country living we set about a complete renovation and spatial reconfiguration of the property. We relocated the kitchen and knocked through a number of ground floor rooms to create an impactful hybrid living space to provide a meaningful focal point to the property. Similarly, on the first floor we reconfigured the layout in order to create a luxurious master ensuite and dressing room. The home now provides stylish country living, perfect for modern lifestyles.
